Ruby Tuesdays Pasta Salad

This is what I fill my plate with when I go to Ruby Tuesdays.  I love this pasta salad.  Its amazing!  I usually cover it with parmesan cheese.  But for a couple years, I've been looking for the recipe.  Just recently people found out that there it is made with Ranch.  When I tried the recipe with Ranch, it was better.
There is more than one version of this.
So I'm posting the most relevant:

Ruby Tuesday's Pasta Salad

PASTA, HAM AND PEA SALAD
(LIKE RUBY TUESDAY'S)
1 pound rotini pasta
3/4 cup reduced-fat ranch dressing
3/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
8 ounces diced ham
1 cup frozen green peas, defrosted
4 ounces (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese, optional and not in the original recipe
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain well and place in a large mixing bowl.
Whisk the ranch dressing, mayonnaise and seasoning salt. Toss the dressing with the pasta and then gently stir in the ham, peas, cheese and bell pepper. Taste and add more seasoning salt, if needed. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

RUBY TUESDAY'S PASTA SALAD

3 cups Ranch
3 cups Mayonnaise
3 cups curried turkey(its actually turkey not ham in it)
3 cups of uncooked green peas
3 cups of diced green peppers (I honestly don't put this in there despite it being spec, I think its too crunchy for the rest of the texture of the pasta)
2 tablespoons of fry season (called "Ruby Tuesday seasoning" you can always ask them for a to-go ramican of seasoning to take home, I'm sure they won't mind)

*This person says she was an attendant for the salad bar at Ruby Tuesdays.

  1. Hey Cera,
The first recipe you posted actually looks like it came from my blog, it is the exact same word for word (even my notes in the parentheses) and I would love it if you could just link back to my site?

    Thanks so much!
