My Grandmothers Tettrazinni

This is my grandmother's recipe for tettrazinni.  The best dish in the world!  Ive been crazy about this since I was little.  Time to share it with the world.   I also shared this on Allrecipes.com too



Chicken (or Turkey) Tettrazinni   (for 9x13 pan)





4-6         Chicken Breast (cut and cooked)*
7 oz    Spaghetti (cooked)
2 cans    Cream of Chicken             ((or 2 and 1 or 1 and 2)  It is very very saucy with 4 cans.)
2 cans    Cream of Mushroom
1/2cup    Melted Butter
2 cups    Sour Cream
1 cup    Cheddar Cheese (Sharp)


*Cera's Way for cooking the chicken:
(you could just cook it up in some oil and thats it, but i do more)
Fry up chicken peices in Extra Extra Virgin Olive Oil, with bits of chopped Garlic.
Seasonings: Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Monterey Steak Seasoning, Pepper


Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix together well.
Put in greased Casserole dish/pan.
Sprinkle Parmesean Cheese on top over dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 40-45 min.
