This is my own recipe that I made last night. Soo delicious!!!
What you will need:
1lb Shrimp (de-shelled and cleaned (poop out)) - (can be replaced by chicken)
1/2 Yellow squash
1/2 Zuchinni
1/3-1/2 Onion, chopped
1/4 cup Peanut Oil
2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
any amt Broccolli
any amt Sliced Carrots
any amt Roasted Garlic Butter
any amt Onion Powder
any amt Garlic Powder
any amt Salt
any amt Black Pepper
any amt Fettuccine Noodles
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
any amt Cooked rice (optional)
Directions:
1) Cook up your Fettuccine noodles as directed. Strain then let sit out and dry a lil bit.
2) In a large fry pan or wok, pour the peanut oil in. Add a little bit of garlic butter.
3) Combine your vegetables in fry pan and add 1 tbsp of sesame oil, add the Onion and garlic powder. Stir together well. Add more garlic butter.
4) Cook until the vegetables are fully cooked. Add in the Shrimp or chicken while veggies are cooking.
5) Once your veggies and shrimp/chicken is done, add in your noodles/rice.
6) Add soy sauce, salt and pepper.
7) Mix well.
8) Serve and enjoy!
